i'm sorry i make alot of these but i don't have any other way of getting this out, i keep cutting and i'm just getting sadder and sadder i think about dying everyday, before i had reasons to stay know there just slipping away, and yeah maybe i should tell someone but it makes me sick to my stomach at the tought of telling some i just can't, i just want someone to notice that i'm not ok, my mum is mentally ill and everyone just acts like everything is ok and dont tell me to tell someone because i cant i don't know what else to do i've tried to stop cutting and to take my mind of things but again i can't its just there in the back of my head and i want to go away but it won't.

Is there anything to distract yourself when you start having those thoughts? Books, movies, writing, dancing, exercising, etc? Try someting like that.
And if you truly are desperate, even you told me not to say this, tell someone! You want this to stop? Get help. I know how hard it is to tell someone; it wasn't with suicidal thoughts for me, but it was still agonizing to tell. You can do it! It's scary, but it IS do-able. Please try.

Hi, Courtney.

Sweetie, I'm very sorry you're feeling this way and you don't have to apologize for posting, that's what this forum is here for - to get help when you need it and need to get some thoughts out. I know it's really difficult to talk to someone, I understand that a lot but Ally's right, it is do-able. It can be really hard, really difficult but you know, isn't it better to have someone there for you? You could tell someone, it'd take like 5 minutes of bravery that would make a positive change in your life. You could write it in a note and give it to someone if you want, to make it easier.

Any distractions and doing anything that you enjoy or even exploring a bit and finding something new you like could help you cope with sadness and could be helpful to distract you from self-harming. You don't deserve to have to hurt yourself, hun. Go for a walk and let your mind wander. Write your feelings down in a journal.

You can do this! Things get better.
