Omg...I’m SO sorry...I know she’s prob very frightened and no doubt was it extremely brave of her to tell you, but I think you should tell someone who may be able to help more. You’re real young, you’re not a proffesional, you can only do so much. Would it be possible to maybe confide in your mother or father and see what they think should happen? Its VERY dangerous to let abuse of any kind go ignored. One day, the person could be barely hurt. The next day, they could be dead. That’s why even though yes im not gonna lie, she may get mad and feel like you betrayed her, you know that you did the biggest thing anyone could have ever done for her, save her life. I know what its like, I had a friend in high school that I was told by her was abused by her father. I let it go for a whole year out of worry that I would lose her as a friend. Finally, I told. It was one of the hardest things i’ve ever had to do. The day before, I locked myself in my room, curled up in a ball and just sobbed. I was so terrified but at the same time felt like I was letting her dad hurt her every day that I didn’t say anything. Thankfully but also sadly, she had been lying to me. She was what you call a compulsive liar and would make up outragious lies because she wanted attention she didn’t think she was getting. So that time, I was lucky that she was safe. But that is usually not the case which is why you should tell someone.
