Another night to get through - May 4th 2016, 03:35 AM

This thread has been labeled as triggering by the original poster or by a Moderator. Please take this into consideration before continuing to read.

I'm so alone and empty. I might as well post a thread titled "Another day to get though" tomorrow. I'm miserable with my emotions.

Have you tried reaching out to a friend, parent, family member, etc.? Talking about your feelings is the only way to truly get better. Also, are you seeing a counselor? I think that would be a good option for you. You don't have to be miserable everyday, you just need to identify why you do, and talk it out with people. You can and will feel better. If you need to chat, please private message me!

I do already know that you've a lot of self-hatred, and it's better for you to do something where you made people happy. Sometimes, knowing that your actions are directly responsible for the happiness of other people is actually already a blessing: It'll help you feel great pride, happiness and joy... this will also remind you that you yourself deserve better, and that you'll be able to overcome whatever challenge you come to face.

If you need some support or a friend to rant to, we'll help you to the very fullest of our powers. You are not alone!

It's called a tunnel because there's ALWAYS a light at the end.

rant to me if there's anything!

As usual... pm me if you are ever having a tough day, and I'll respond immediately.

You guys deserve to be happy no matter what.. okay? You people are a bunch of lovelies ... and no matter what, you people deserve to be happy.
