Angry This is really hard :( - July 29th 2016, 08:08 AM

I still live with my parents with my 2 year old daughter as I can't afford my own place. We have our own space, we have a room each but it just isn't enough anymore. My mum doesn't treat us like family, I feel like she doesn't want us around anymore and if I could have afforded my own place I would have been out by now. Yesterday she showed me up in front of a store full of people over the sake of a candle. Then she showed me up in another store over the sake of paint. Every time she goes out shopping with me this happens, but when I stick up for myself in the bad person. I've tried talking to her thousands of times about things, I've tried to put things right but it has to work both ways and she isn't putting any effort in. I'm trying for the sake of my daughter. I don't know what else I can do but it's knocking me into a deep depression.

Sometimes, parents can just be unreasonable, and some mothers are known to use tough love. Like I said before, your mom 's kinda a different matter because she's just unreasonable in a way that makes it hard for you to try to change everything about her. Just know that the fact that you're doing all this for your daughter and that you're trying to hard to change things for the better, is already a sign of you being a good person. It's also kinda likely that your mom does this on purpose to keep you passive, to ensure that she has full control over you, because she knows how this is affecting you.

Don't let this affect you, and know that you deserve to be treated fairly and well, and if she doesn't understand that.. she really needs to be a better mother. She could take some classes from you!

I know that this can be tough at times, but I reassure you that what you're doing is respectable.. and it shows both your guts and your class. Your daughter is an extremely lucky person to have someone like you as her mother!

You already know I got your back!

It's called a tunnel because there's ALWAYS a light at the end.

rant to me if there's anything!

As usual... pm me if you are ever having a tough day, and I'll respond immediately.

You guys deserve to be happy no matter what.. okay? You people are a bunch of lovelies ... and no matter what, you people deserve to be happy.
