well if you can try doing this, try thinking of a diffrent place then earth but still be here and make it a place to be when ever your down and want to hurt yourself , and go there you can decorate the way you want it and you can change it the way you want to when ever you fell like it and no one else can no about it but you unless you want them to now about it it helped me t have a place to go when ever my parents argued or when i was feeling down and out or even when my dad was abusing my mother ,sister, and i. it helps just to have a place to go when you need it k

Faith, it may seem like life is horrible now, but it doesn't mean life will always hurt forever. Things will get better, but in order for that to happen, you gotta hold on. I know life can hurt. But I also know things always get better, no matter how bad things seem to you right now. You have so many people here for you that are willing to help, myself included.
