I'm sorry to hear that - March 5th 2017, 01:40 AM

I'm sorry to hear that you're so broken. Obviously a lot of 'unpleasant' things have happened in your life to bring you to this point of despair. But rest assured - what you have gone through is not necessarily a blue print to your future. It can get better. But first you'll have to take 'inventory' of your present life. Figure out what is working in your favor - and what is not. And that includes how other people effect your life. We very often buy into the lie that 'things' have to stay just as they are. But that's not always true. Another mistake we often make is waiting for things to get better. But waiting alone doesn't make that happen. Start with baby steps. Slowly move toward where you might like to be. And as you become more confident - take bigger steps. And before you know it - you'll look back and realize how far you've come.

Be nice to yourself. And appreciate the fact that you are 'one of a kind'.

And that's a good thing.
