What do you mean by 90k? Have you recently been granted this sum of cash? If so, this will not effect your ESA and DLA status.

Your ESA and DLA status will only be effected if you have recorded as Employed VIA HMRC. If you have not earned that cash by tax-registered employment, then you are legible to keep it.

If you want to pass on your tenancy, you need both compliance from said person and/or permission from landlord; as you would with council housing too.

You will be able to discuss these matters consequence-free with said citizens advice, mind, etc,

Why do you wish to pass over your tenancy, and if so, why is it important? Please provide clear details for future messaging! Thank you!
