How to change - September 24th 2017, 07:46 PM

Basically I've become the person I've never wants to be. I'm rude to my family, very rude. I'm always moody and angry. Nothing makes me happy anymore. I don't have a reason to wake up anymore, something to look forward to everyday. My existence is completely an utterly useless. I'm not posting this so some of you tell me that my existence isn't useless, because no matter what anyone says, my opinion of myself won't change. I need help to change. I don't know how though, and I can't get professional help so...

I am so sorry that you are having a really hard time with this right now. Please do not be so hard on yourself for being like this. A lot of times when something has happened or we are going through something it will change how we are feeling and it will bring us down a lot and we will start acting differently, and that is being mean to others or you are crying because you are upset, anything because you may not know how to fix or know what to do with this problem that is going on. And you are not the only one who does this. We all can get upset or act a way that we normally don't and we just have to find the right balance to be ok.
Can you try to find somethings that you like to do to pick yourself up, for example do you like draw or write? Or you can put on music or a funny TV show to help you pick you're mood up. I hope that you will start to feel better soon and be ok. Hugs
