Over the past month or 2 now, I have been getting progressively worse, no thanks to other people. But, I am at a point of no return, and I honestly want to get better. I have hope that I can, but that hope is getting smaller and smaller every day. I am so depressed now and nobody even sees, because being around my friends is the only thing that makes me even remotely happy anymore. But, the second I get in my car to go home, I am back in the exact same place I was before I saw them.

I am so close, so fucking close. I just need advice on how to get out of this hole. And I'm sorry, but positive thinking won't do much at this point. I can't think "it will get better soon" when that is bullshit. I want to be able to something that will actually help.

Hello, I am so sorry that you are having a hard time right now and going through this. When you are hurting so much it can be hard to see the good things that are going on around you. It's because you are not sure how to handle what you are going through and you can't fix what the problem is. Please don't be too hard on yourself.

Can you try going for a walk and if you would like to have on music to help you, go ahead and do that. Or put the music on at you're house in you're room. Also try putting on a funny TV show or movie that is going to make you laugh and this can help pick you up some. Also do you have something that you truly love for example a favorite shirt or hoodie or a pair of shoes or a hat something like this and put it on and think about how it makes you feel and it should make you feel a little bit happy because you're truly love this. When you put it on you want to find that little bit of hope that's inside of you and you have it and think about why whatever you can when you have this on to makes you happy and do it a couple times a day or few times a week until it starts picking you up and you're feeling okay and you are feeling little bit better.
It will take some time to help pick yourself up, so please try to not get upset or be too hard on yourself. Also can you try talking to the school counselor and letting them know that you're having a hard time. School counselors are licensed in different areas and they can help you and they can talk to you. Can you try talking to you're friends too about this. I know it's hard talking to others at first but it does get easier. I wish you the best and I hope that you will be okay. Lots of hugs.
