I am so sorry that you are having a hard time right now. If you would like to tell us more about what you are going through we will do the best to help you more.
We can be hurting from different things that are going on, school is getting to us, or our parents or friends or siblings or sports or any new changes are going on. And if you are hurting from any of them, everything can calm down it just takes sometime.
Are you able to talk with you're school counselor and let them know that you are going through a hard time and need to talk with someone? Or you can write a letter to them and give it to them when you are ready and they can help you.

Try going for a walk or putting on music or funny TV shows or movies to help pick you up. Or do you like drawing or writing? This can be a good way to get all of the hurt that you are holding out of you, you can write as much as you want and then when you are done you can rip it into a whole bunch of pieces and throw it in the trash. I hope that you will be ok soon. Hugs.

Hey there,

I am sorry you are struggling so much. Do you think that you might be able to find a trusted friend or family member to talk to about this? I know sometimes it can help to find someone to talk to about these feelings. Another thing that might help is if you were able to get into counseling.

I am wondering if you know what is causing you to feel these strong emotions? If you'd like, you could share more about what is going on with us. It might help to vent about these things and have people listen and provide support and, maybe, even advice.
