Hello and welcome to teenhelp. We are glad that you have joined. I am so sorry that you are having a hard time right now and I hope that you will be okay soon. Can you try finding someone to talk to about what you are going through? Are you able to talk with you're family members or friends or friends parents and say what you are going through? If you have a hard time saying that you can write a letter and then give it to them to read. Then at the bottom of the letter you can ask for some help. Also you can try calling a helpline and say what you are going through to them and they will be able to help you and help you feel a little better. I hope that you will be okay soon.

Hey there (and welcome to TeenHelp!)

I'm sorry to hear that you feel done with everything. Life can get us down and we can end up feeling like we are done and there's no point. But no matter what's going on or how you feel, there are better days yet to come, even if it definitely doesn't seem that way right now.

I'm wondering whether you would find talking about how you feel and what made you feel this way, might help? I agree with Emma above that reaching out to friends and family (sometimes they might not know how we feel) can help, or there's always teachers and counsellors who will listen you.

If you want a place a bit more private to talk than the forums, there's always Live Help and HelpLINK, where you can get support and advice from Staff. You might also want to check out our hotlines page as well as our coping methods to deal with distressing thoughts and feelings.
