I'm finally giving up. I just want to die. I'm drinking alone, which is something I just got caught doing. My parents want me gone. I don't know what to do.

I am so sorry that you are having a hard time right now and I hope you will be okay soon. Can you try finding someone to talk with about what you are going through and say that you are having a hard time with this? Are you able to talk with you're friends or friends parents or do you have other family members that you can talk with or a school counselor or a coach or someone that can try to help you out with this? Or can you try calling a helpline and letting them know that you are going through a hard time and they can talk with you and help you out. Can you try to find something to help pick you up, music or movies or playing a game or reading or walking or something you like to do. I hope that you will be okay soon.

I have my therapist, but I have trust issues, so I tell him as little as possible

I'm sorry to hear you feel this way. I think it's understandable that if you feel your parents want you gone, and you've been hurt in the past, that you would develop trust issues and put up barriers to protect yourself.

That said, it's good that you still go to therapy. I'm wondering if you find it helpful at all? It's okay to start off only telling your therapist a small amount at first. Part of therapy is to build a trusting relationship with your therapist. How would you feel about telling your therapist a bit more about things? Perhaps taking that chance to open up a bit more might allow your therapist to have more of an insight into whats going on for you and might allow him to help you get more out of your sessions?
