Hey ana,

It can be pretty frightening when you begin to feel so bad that you think that you want to kill yourself. It's good that you're looking for help though, that's great

I'm sorry that you're having friendship problems right now, they can really make you feel confused and upset about things once in a while. The thing is though, friendship problems are most certainly resolvable. If you could try and work out what the problem is with your friends and try to find a way how to resolve the problems, most likely by communicating with them and talking them through. As for your relationship, that could understandably be equally frustrating. I honestly do think that, like in most situations, communication is the key and you should talk to both your friends and your partner. It's important to try and keep your relationships in order to gain some support when you're not feeling your best (although I feel that some of these negative thoughts are because of your relationship problems).

I hope that you're feeling better soon, ana. Nothing's worth killing yourself over - i'm sure that's not what your friend or partner would want at all. Could you tell them how much this is effecting you? If you're close to any family members, it may be helpful and somewhat comforting to talk to them when you're feeling this way. If you're still at school, talking to a school/guidance counsellor may be helpful too.
