Some title here. - June 18th 2009, 09:43 PM

I don't think I've ever felt this way before. I can't stop thinking about things that are bringing me down, there always in the back of my mind. I just feel like giving up or crying. I can't concentrate on another which meant I almost ended up crashing during my driving lesson along with load of other mistakes because I just couldn't take my mind of stuff. My instructor even told me I was going to get myself killed because I was slow reacting

I'm a million miles away thinking about things that I just want to forget and I can't. It's this guy saying all this stuff to me and me being in the same situation, it brings me down, my mum keeps getting annoyed at me because I'm still talking to someone, I told someone something that I think has scared them off because they haven't spoke to me since and I just don't see the point in trying anymore. It's gotten to the point where I just don't want to ... be? Like do anything, feel anything, just anything, like I just want to die so I don't have to deal with this, I don't have to feel anything, I don't have to do anything because it's just nothingness.

Plus to add, I can't handle things easy so the smallest of things just gets me so down. I can't stand that

I don't know what to do.

Hey Charlie,

Calm down, relax and take a deep, relaxing breath. It sounds like you are going throug a difficult time at the moment and I am sorry. But, things will be okay. You can and will make it through this you just have to stay strong and believe in yourself.

Your said that the smallest things bring you down so what if you just took things one day at a time? Did things on a first need basis. Catagorize the things in your life: things that need to be done now and things that can be done later. This can be helpful because it allows people to see that half that things they are stressing over don't need to be stressed over until a later date and by then you might start feeling better. Just take it slowly, don't let things get to far ahead but take it one step at a time, think you could try that?

Is there anyway you could talk to someone about the way you are feeling? It can always be extremely helpful to talk to others about our fears, feelings, etc. Not only does it help us but they can sometimes give us a new perspective into our current situation.

If someone got scared off because you told them something(something I am assuming you trusted them with) A) maybe they may not be the best person for you B) maybe you need to give them some time to adjust to whatever you told them.

Do you think you could talk to your mom about what is going on? Get her help? Maybe she would have some suggestions?

Hope this helped and if you need someone to talk to feel free to pm or aim me.
