Hey Brittany.

Agh, I'm sorry that you're feeling like this - it's so frustrating. Truly, I haven't been there before in my own life, but I've had friends and I think I can almost, but not quite, imagine just how irritating it is to feel that way.

Is there anything specific that's been bothering you, or anything? If so, do you want to talk about it? I'd really like nothing more than to see you feeling better, so I'd be happy to listen to your story or what you're going through, and I know that others here would, too. It's important to us. [:

You hang in there and take care of yourself, okay Brittany? You're so strong for fighting this.

Hey there Brittany,

I'm sorry that you're feeling so awful right now, it really does suck. You can handle this though, Brittany. By being here and telling us how you feel, you are trying to cope and that is really courageous of you.

Can you identify anything that has triggered you to feel this way Brittany? Identifying triggers can be very helpful. If you want to talk about anything that's made you feel this way then we are always going to be here for you, to listen and to support you.

What do you enjoy doing? If you have any hobbies or interests then now may be a good time to indulge in them! Do something that you like or something that will distract you from these thoughts and feelings. If you want to explore your thoughts and feelings, writing them down may be a good idea.

Take care.

Brittany,

The thing about feelings is they can sometimes change drastically and without warning. One minutes you're feeling ready to give up and the next you're happy. Emotions are difficult that way because they often control our actions and though process. Which is why we can't let them force us to make any drastic choices. Keep in mind that these things you're feeling aren't permanent. They can easily make you want to give up. Numb is probably the hardest thing to deal with, to be honest. When I'm numb, I convince myself against anything positive and I'm only set on giving up. But, it's that emotion that's forcing you to sink lower and lower. Don't let it control you. You are strong and you can do this. I believe it.

I've seen you post around here and you give good advice even when you're feeling bad sometimes - that takes a lot to do. I encourage that. Just like I encourage you to keep fighting because tomorrow can always wash away what happened today. And if tomorrow isn't good, then the day after gives you a new chance to feel better. We never run out of chances as long as we keep living life. That's all I'm asking you to do. Keep pushing because I believe you can do this and I wouldn't want to see you throw away the talents and good things you bring to the world.

If you want to talk about what specifically you feel you can't handle, I'd be more than happy to listen :] It's what we're all here to do for each other, listen and support. Hang in there, I believe in you. Even if you don't, I'll believe twice as much for the both of us. Take care of yourself and PM me if you ever need anyone.

Have hope,
-Melissa
