im sorry you feel this way :/
having thoughts about suicide can be harmful even if you think you would never pyshically do something like that. one thing that you can do is see a therapist or consulor and try and hep you out with how your feeling. maybe even your school consulor? even though you think your friends cant really help you, you should also try talking to them about how you really feel about depression and suicide, im sure they would like to help you as well. i am no doctor but if you do have depression unfortunatly it is no phase, thats why you should see someone about it that can help you manage and cope with your emotions. |

You can stop the depression. The depression starts with you. The depression ends when you put your foot down and say: "Hey! I am the one in control of my own thoughts and feelings. If I want to be happy then I will be!"
Begin with the basics. You can be happy if you want to. I don't even turn on the television anymore. The news is depressing so I don't watch it. Take control. |

Hey there,
welcome to TH I'm really sorry that you're having a tough time, though. But please try to remember that even if you're feeling low, you yourself are never worthless. You deserve to take care of you. Basically, you really, really matter.Could you try talking to the people who are saying careless things? Letting them know how what they're saying is affecting you might help. Also, I would recommend talking to your doctor about how you've been feeling, or a school guidance counselor, who will most likely have some ideas on how to help your emotions move up from where they are, or even a teacher or a neighbor or a relative can help in terms of being there for you to talk to, or call or something when you feel like you're plunging a bit emotionally. Having someone to reach out to during times like those can help a lot. We're always here, too ![]() Hang in there. Despite how things feel now, things can get better.
