something that has been on my mind all day - October 29th 2009, 12:13 AM

I'll sum up the back story when I was in early grade school everyone in whatever classes I was in hated me so I hated them back I often thought about blowing up the class or just stabbing someone but I never did I am ok now and I am doing ok in stuff I have freinds but it was just bugging me what would be different if I had? would I have gotten help when I needed before it was too late for a childhood and maybe I would have gotten a chance to learn how to socialize properly like everyone else was doing at that age would I have been ok sooner then 12th grade?

wanna talk?

Hi there Daniel,

It's good that you can talk about what's on your mind. It is a lot better than keeping it all inside, and letting it fester.

I think that you shouldn't dwell on the past. You cannot change what happened, so accept it, and let it be. By putting events in the past where they belong, you can then begin to move forwards. Remember, whatever has happened in the past, no matter how harsh, has played a part in building our courage and strength.

It is not too late to learn to socialize. You can immerse yourself in a multitude of environments that can help with your social skills. And just try to be yourself in this moment.

All the best.
