Little Problems, Big Results. - January 25th 2010, 02:23 AM

I've been down before but never because of this one
Sure i've dealt my fair share of problems like substance abuse and simple anxiety and depression. But for some reason i find myself in one of the worse stages ever. I've isolated myself in my room for 3 days now and im not sure what to do.
Well my problem is that everyday i feel like shit because of my childhood early on and my sexuality and i always wanted someone to lean on, someone my age to simply understand. Someone i can just be near to but that person never comes and it brings be heaps and heaps of pain.

Noone understands me so no one can talk and undertsand what i am dealing with. Well there are probably many out there but not near me of course considering my luck.

I guess thats kinda it
What should i do....

You can quickly fall into a pattern of constantly isolating yourself, so you'll need to do something to stay away from that. Even going for a walk would be better than sitting in your room. As for finding someone to talk to, you can always talk to someone here on TH, and if you want it to be a bit more personal you could talk to a counselor or doctor.

Some of us on here (like me) are pretty messed up so don't ever feel like you're alone because you definitely aren't. You can PM me if you want to talk about anything. But good luck getting out, I know you can do it.

Waitin' for my ruca.
