iv live to long like this and i cant handl it im sraundid by wut makes me deprest and angry and every thang ells exept hapy i lost every thang that i cudint live without im sik fo feeling like this iv tryed every thang seeing a docter a tharipist iv ben in a hospitl iv tryed dating oter people every thang and nothing works i dont see the point in living

Hey there,

I know that you're having a really tough time right now, but just remember that this is temporary; you will get through this. You are strong, you do not have to give in to these urges. Fight for your future, your life; fight for yourself, because you deserve a full and happy life!

Does your therapist know that you are feeling this way? If not, I think it would be quite helpful if you spoke to him or her about these suicidal feelings. He or she will be able to support you and help you get through this safely.

Hey there,

Jessi said a lot of great things.

Sometimes when you see no more reasons to keep fighting you just have to realize that you have a future to keep on fighting for. I know sometimes it can be hard to think about the future or to think that you will see anything good in the future but you will. Sometimes you just have to take life on day at a time.

Things may be really rough now but with time you will notice that things start to get better.

I think what you need to do right now is focus on recovering from this. Try not to think of the things that are not being accomplished instead try to think of the things that are.

You said you are in therapy, that is an accomplishment. You mentioned other things you have been doing to try and get better and those are all accomplishments. Sometimes all these implemented changes take time to really kick in but with time you will notice a change.

Have you talked to your therapist recently? Explained how you are feeling? It can be a scary thing to do but your therapist will try his/her best to help you through all of this.

Please hang in there and if you need anything do not hesitate to use teenhelps many resources.
