Unhappy What am I supposed to do? - February 15th 2010, 01:05 AM

I feel sad all the time! I'm tired of it. I want my life to be like it used to be. I'm sick of crying, tired of trying, people see me smiling, but they do not understand That inside I am dying. Will some body please help me? I have straight a's in school and my teachers expect to much out of me. I'm always so stressed! please somebody help!

Hey Miranda,
I know school can be very stressful and at times it can take a toll on your life. But that doens't mean it won't get easier. Take things slow, do what you can, and don't put too much pressure on yourself. The first step to feeling better is to reach out to someone in your life and tell them how you are feeling. Whether it's a friend, family member, or teacher, choose someone you trust. I know it can be hard to reach out but it's worth it in the end. When you have someone to help you through rough times, it becomes easier. Let me know if you need to talk or anything, I'm always here.
