bad things keep replaying in my mind - March 8th 2010, 04:22 AM

So basically for the past two years my life has really sucked, and all the things that have happened keep replaying. I've been mocked by vice principals, laughed at by a crisis counselor, and had friends who dont try to understand me, and everything that has happened keeps replaying in my head even now. The only way i can think to make it stop is by killing myself. ..I've been to a mental hospital, i had pills that i was suppose to take for a month then report back to him, but i never went back. My mom says i dont need them, but i really think that i do. When she gives pep talks it doesn't really help either, she kinda yells it at me...I really can't take it anymore

hey krystal.

I understand that you have definitely went through a lot... And your mom is definitely not doing it the right way. A heart to heart talk is definitely the way to go, and not yelling. The people who have said all those mean things to you, do not understand you at all. They did the very thing that they should not do: Say bad things about someone who already feels bad. but just remember

You can tell us anything. Everything can be overcome . It's just that because of the way you feel, everything is like topsy-turvy when it's actually surmountable. i assure you that everything can get better alright? if in this case the people who are supposed to help you are doing the wrong thing.. it's possible to help ourselves. Just tell people you know you can trust and will understand you.. just telling someone helps a whole lot.

And besides that, i think you should start positive activities and stuff that will warm the soul and make you feel better about everything. maybe a good book, a good touching story.. anything . It will help a lot...

just remember that we are all always going to be around to help, so don't hesitate to tell us anything.

caring always

Those who have went through more pain than everyone else, and want to protect anyone and everyone they know and care for from that pain, are stronger than everyone.

we come, we help, we stick and never leave. pm me anytimeee!
