Hi Adelina.

Do you know if anything in particular is triggering this depression? Often, it's not the depression itself we should combat first, but the problems behind the depression. For starters, you need to get some nutrients into your body and get some sleep! Obviously, this at times can sound more simplified than it actually might be, but really - the lack of nutrients and sleep you're facing right now is probably only adding to the depression.

On a different note, do you have any family members or trusted (preferably adult) friends who you might be able to speak with about this issue who could help you find some professional help? If not, even consider going to speak with one of the counselors at your school - after all, that's what they're there for.

If you want to look through a couple of Hotlines (many of which relate to depression), please check out our Hotlines thread - [here]. I hope things start to shape up soon. Hang in there!
