im 13 and i think about dieing all the time, i feel alone and i feel scared. sometimes there is noone around to listen so i keep it bottled up and it gets worse. I think how much easier it would be to die, but a part of me is so scared that im even thinking it. please help

Hey there,

First of all I'm really glad that you have posted. It isn't easy to reach out for help when you're feeling so low but the fact that you have is something to hold onto. It shows that even though you're thinking about dying there's that part of you that does want to hold on, that does want to fight and that does want to get through this and that shows that you have strength. It's hard when you feel that there isn't anyone there to listen. Do you go to school; because is there a teacher or guidance counsellor that you'd feel able to talk to? Or perhaps someone that you live with? If it seems like they're not around or have other things to do ask them if they can make time for you. It's important that you use your voice because people can't help unless they know something is wrong.

You've used your voice and spoken out here which is a great first step. Do you know what is making you feel so down? Talking about that, or even writing it down just for you could be your next step. What do ou think? You're not alone so now you've started reaching out keep going, you can make it through this.
