Hey there,

I'm sorry that you have not been feeling very well and that you don't belong in your own home.
I think that because you're feeling so isolated or apart from other people in your household, it may be a good idea to talk to some of your family or the people that you live with about how you are feeling. Talking through your problems can really help and hopefully you may be able to figure out why you're feeling this way. Having the support of the people you live with could surely help you, too. When you're feeling down, it's very important to have as much support as you can get and to talk through how you're feeling. Although it can be very difficult, it can also be very worthwhile.
I hope things are looking up for you soon!

Take care.
