''We're Tumbling Down,We're Spiralling'' - June 20th 2010, 04:11 PM

This thread has been labeled as triggering, particularly on the subject of suicide, by the original poster or by a Moderator. The contents of this thread therefore might not be suitable for certain sensitive users. Please take this into consideration before continuing to read.

For the past week or two I've had a really improved mood. Lately though, things are going downhill again and I feel so low and depressed. I had an awful dream last night where I had a psychiatrist and he told my mum everything. She abandoned me. Yesterday I had some sort of psychotic episode at the bar, and I keep doing things to myself without realising. I don't know what to do anymore.

prethink the after effect of what you do and decide if you want this or not

If we ass humans spend more time trying to forgive than being angry the world would have no wars or conflict and there would be peace.....being angry does not change the problem...........

Hey there,

Wow it sounds like you are in such a rough place right now. I'm so sorry for what you are going through, I wish I had the power to take it away but unfortunately I can't.

Is there anyone that you can trust to talk to about this? Anyone in your "outside life" that knows what is going on?

I don't think ANYONE would abandon you if you told them the truth, in fact it might be the best thing you could do! For me it was.

Best of luck, and hang in there okay?
