These moods come out of nowhere - July 11th 2010, 08:13 PM

Just want to sit and cry. yet an hour ago i was fine. these moods wreck my life. out of nowhere they just pop up. don't know how to deal with them. i just feel so sad.

Hi Charlotte

I'm really sorry that you are feeling this way. I personally think if you feel like crying, go for it. Sometimes a good cry makes you feel so much better.

On the other hand, if you'd rather not cry, you could try doing something to take your mind off of it. You could listen to music, call a friend, watch a movie. Try talking to a friend of your parents about what you're feeling.

Hey there Charlotte.

Im really sorry to hear that you are struggling. Although, i know things are hard, i really do believe you're doing so well.

As already said, if you feel like crying, go for it. It might release some of your emotions. I know it sometimes helps me.

You're not alone in this you know? So many other people have gone through similar things to you. So many people are out there willing to help you. Plenty of people on here care about you. All you have to do is speak out. Once you speak out people can help you and guide you along the paths. But you have to tell someone your not coping too well.

You know where i am anytime. Your a bright kid, you have the strength, i know you can get through it.

Hi Charlotte

Sorry you feel like this, but go with how your feeling if you need to cry then do, It's not going to help bottling your emotions up, but on the other hand if you feel you want to take your mind of it like others suggested, listen to some music, call a friend, email someone, whatever makes you happy.

Can we pretend that airplanes in the night sky are like shooting stars? I could really use a wish right now, wish right now..
