I want to kill myself.
I can't live with bulimia any more.
I can't live with all the shitty things that I've done.
Maybe suicide would be selfish, but it's such a minor degree of selfishness compared to the rest of my life.
I can't do this any more. I can't.
I have thought about this so much and it keeps coming right back to wanting to end this all.
I have to.

I can really understand how you feel, Ive been struggling with suicidal thoughts a lot recently, which means I can't really give advice other than saying to really think this through. You don't have to. You have to fight and keep going. You can beat this. You are strong enough and you need to show the world how strong you are and how you CAN beat this. Forget about the past, live in the present moment. Don't dwell on things that already happened. Figure out a way to prevent them from happening in the future. You can get through this, believe in yourself, that's the key. You have to trust yourself that you can make it through. Whether you need a friend by your side, a therapist, or just someone to talk to, get the help you need. It's okay to ask. Use something to distract yourself in the moment. Music, writing, drawing, find something that works. I'm always here if you want to talk.


Whatever it is, chances are I've been there.
If I can make it out, you can too.
