Hey there,

So, do you want to tell the teacher thank you for helping you through that period of time or do you want to tell her that you are feeling suicidal again?

If it is the former I would simply suggest going up to your teacher one day and just explaing how much they helped you. I know it might be a scary thing to do but I am sure they would like to hear it. However, if you would feel uncomfortable telling them face to face maybe you could just write them a letter explaining how much they helped.

If it is the latter then I would suggest you explain to the teacher that you are feeling suicidal and need some help. I am sure that that teacher will do everything he/she can to help you get through this period of time.

I hope this helped and best of luck.

the way i told the person that helped me is by writing a letter and i dont know if you want to say you are feeling the same way again or just to thank that teacher but either way i think that your teacher would understand, and it would make her/him feel really good because they helped you but if want to tell your teacher that you are feeling the same way again then maybe you can explain how they helped you before and that you need there support again.

if you need to talk you can pm me anytime, i am here for you

i know exactly how this is except the teacher i talked to was male so yeah it was very akward but i kinda just slipped in the thanks for helping me and thanks for your time and even just him listening to me helps alot... its akward because he's a modest guy but i know deep down im sure it gave him a peace of mind

Maybe just approach this teacher and go, "Hey, some time ago you helped me and I don't want to go into the details but I just wanted to say thank you." Or something like that. And if you're feeling suicidal again, as Theresa suggested, tell the teacher you need their support again.
