I feel so lost.... Like I have no where to go...
Its not that I want to die..... I just need to get away... Where else is there to go??
I have a plan and a date and I know your going to say "dont do it Rachel" "Stay"........ but I just dont know where to go... Who else to go too.
Everything has turned to crap in the last few days...... I have bottled the worst up for so many years..... Noone knows the half of it.... accept from Lucy..... But shes gone now...
I used to be such a good student now..... im failing everything.... I cant even sit a freaking exam for goodness sake.
Im just so angry and fustrated.......
I feel so lost.......
Where do I go?? Who do I go too??
I just want to curl up in her bed.... but i cant can I?? She left me with nothing...... No where to go...... No friends....... Noone to love.
The secrets are eating me alive....

Hi Rachel,

I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling so down about everything, and I can definitely empathise with your feelings. Good on you for sharing how you're feeling - being open and willing to share is a great way to at least relieve a little of the pressure.

We can take this in little steps: I know that everything feels overwhelming now, but when you want to get out of a pit, you climb up the ladder one rung at a time. Before you know it, things will be looking much brighter.

Let's take a look at the practical side on what we can do to improve things for you.
Have you spoken to anybody about how you are feeling? That is, a trusted parent or guardian, or a teacher/lecturer? Most educational institutions have people in place to help you through tough times, even if it just means listening to what you have to say or helping you to catch up on work. They may be able to give you what we call "compassionate consideration" - that is, taking your health and wellbeing into account for when you sit exams.

Sometimes we can feel as though our life at this one moment in time is never ever going to change, and that things are never going to get better. Particularly when you are stuck in a routine, this can become a vicious cycle (and I would know). They may seem like little stupid ideas, but changing even small things in the way you lead your life can have such a positive impact. What have you always wanted to do? Find something interesting or crazy or that you never would have done before, and give it a go. It can be as small as learning how to bake cupcakes, or as big as learning an instrument. It can be difficult to find the motivation to do things when you're feeling depressed, but if you make the big effort now and try your best to get active, it'll really pay off.

Hey, sorry to hear you are struggling!

I can really relate to how you feel, I have been there. Do you want to talk about what has been going on? I'm here to listen if you do. I agree with Ana, you should try to talk to someone in real life about this. just bear in mind that you are not alone and we are here for you, whatever happens x
