I'm a mess, I cant handle this tonight, a lot of things have come to a head and I really cant do this! I'm scared of what I'm going to do, I'm having a breakdown! I'm suicidal and really not safe. It's taking all my energy to focus on writing this. I'm scared!!

Don't worry. Just keep calm. Try to keep suicide out of your mind and just find a happy place. If you don't have one then make one. That's what I do when I feel scared and am having a breakdown.

What do you love to do? What takes your mind off things? do them!! Sing, Dance, read, write. suicide is never the answer. stay strong and PM me if you want to.
