I've had the shittiest day ever.
While i was in assembly i got called out to go see Andy, the school councillour. Things started off as usual but he could see that there was something bovering me. I'm having to think really hard about what i'm going to say now because i've already blocked most of it out. So, I think i started off by saying that i'm always upset all the time and then i told him about whats going on with Vicky. After i told him that the floodgates opened and i was doomed..  I told him that i'm experiancing symptoms again from depression and i've been keeping things from him and everyone else. Everyone says that my life would be so much easier if i just accepted that i'm depressed. So i'm gonna grow up and start taking my tablets again. I'm so scared. I don't believe that i'm depressed. I really don't. Now i'm gonna go up the park and drink my misery away. So sorry. How come dumb stuff seems so smart while you're doing it?
Good friends get drunk with you. Best friends hold your hair back when you've had a bit too much to drink! There's no such thing as good girls gone wrong, only bad girls found out. I've learned... that maturity has more to do with what types of experiences you've had and what you've learned from them and less to do with how many birthdays you've celebrated.     |

Just keep your chin up. I know this isn't very good advice and I'm sure you've heard it numeous times before. PM me anytime, I'm almost always available. I hope you feel better. Maybe the tablets will help! |
