I feel so sad. -

Hello.
 Lately I've been feeling really down. And I mostly feel this at night time. It feels like I'm not connected with my body and It Isn't the old me who use to live life now..I have no friends and never do anything..I worry alot about dying. I'm unhealthy! and I feel so scared.   I care way to much what others think. I feel so lonely having no friends. Any advice?
