All I am right now is empty. I can't be happy, sad, angry, and it scares me. I don't know what I'm capable of when I don't feel anything.

Hey there,

I am sorry you are feeling empty but I want you to know that you will not always feel that way. It might not seem possible now but with time things can and will turn around. So, please hang in there until then.

What is causing you to feel this way? If you can work on the issues behind this feeling of emptiness you can slowly get to a better place. I know at one point in time I felt really empty I started journaling to try and resolve that feeling and it helped immensely. I am going to recommend that you try journaling. I know it doesn't work for everyone but it just might be what you need in order to resolve the feelings of emptiness. Another thing you could try doing is talking to your friends and family. The more you communicate the more you might begin to see that you are not empty and you might slowly begin to resolve these issues.

Do you think you could consider counseling? A counselor could really help you get to the bottom of the emptiness, work on resolving it and help you get to a better place.

I really hope this helped and if you need anything please feel free to pm me.
