Angry Just getting harder and harder. - November 22nd 2010, 09:41 AM

I fucking want to die so badly. I can't do this anymore.
I graduated from high school today and my parents got angry at me because the battery was dead even though I didn't realise because it's not my camera. I have other cameras that are mine but because I gave them their one and the battery was dead, they decided to have a go at me. My Dad was swearing at me telling me "I don't fucking do anything"
and that when I need something my parents will jump to do. Yet it takes ages for me to do something for them. And then my Dad, Mum and brother started complaining about how there was no pictures of me in the presentation.

Even before we left for graduation my Dad got angry at me because at first I wouldn't take the camera. My Mum started laughing and agreed with my Dad everything that he was saying about me which were things like how I should learn to keep my mouth shut when I'm supposed to.
My Mum hit me twice when we get back from graduation because I had spoken to her rudely and she was sick of it. I just went upstairs and burst out crying because I was sick of everything that was going on.
My brother told my parents that I was inviting 50 people for my 18th so I had to cut it down to roughly 25/26.
I'm just so sick of living with my family. I can't wait till I get into Uni so I can get away from this shit.
It's like the people that make me laugh these days are just so amazing because they CAN actually do that.
So congratulations Rianna for making everyone think that you're ok. Hope it's all worth it at the end.

I don't mean to be rude, but as I read this, my mind came up with a few choice words for your family that I won't repeat on here for the sake that I usually never use those types or words often.
But they'll highly unsupportive and rude to you. Don't let them get to you and get you down.
You just graduated high school. It's supposed to be a time of happiness. Be proud of yourself. Nothing was your fault - you're family is just narrow-minded and obviously don't want to admit their mistake. As you said, it wasn't your camera; so it wasn't your responsibility to make sure it was charged. You had other things on your mind anyway, I'm sure.

Just realize that it's a family issue. An issue that can be resolved and will be resolved.
I assure you, it will be worth it in the end. It always is.
