Question Mood swings - December 19th 2010, 06:10 PM

Lately my mood has been constantly changing. One minute I'm happy (well not happy, but more myself than usual), someone does a TINY thing to piss me off, and I blow up in their faces, then I'm pissed for an hour, then I get sad cuz I feel bad for doing that, and then I'm usually all sad and depressing for the rest of the day. It might just be my horror-mones (I made up a nickname for them, cuz mine are EVERYWHERE), but I think the depression might have something to do with it. It been so overwhelming, it's driving me crazy, literally. It's driving me down the black emptyness further, cuz now I'm depressed and I feel like a horrible person, and that's not a very good mix. Is there anyway I could stop that? Or is it just uncontrollable, and I'm gonna have to deal with it until puberty is over?

If I smiled and said I'm fine, would you look in to my eyes, and say "Tell the truth"?

Well, depends on the cause. Sounds like hormones and puberty, though it'll settle down shortly, if thats the case.
