What is making you anxious, and what is your dad doing that is getting you so worked up?

What has your father done? If he hits you or things like that, call the cops or CPS. You don't need to deal with an abusive father and you never should have to deal with one.

People getting in my way. My dad fucking yelling at me like a bitch when he isn't perfect either. Saying he doesn't care if I died and should do it outside the house.

Yeah, he has hit me before, but my mom doesn't want me to phone the cops. It will make things more stressful. I don't wanna go into details, but trust me.

Hun, you don't have to deal with your dad. But keep in mind, suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.
It's the easy way out. I am sure tons of people care about you. You, being a human being, people care. Even if you don't know them, or they don't know you. I am sure the SOMEONE cares for you. Is there anyone you can reach out to. A therapist? Teacher? Family member? Friend?

I don't wanna try anymore. I just wanna give up. This life may be a "temporary" problem, but it's a life long problem.

Do you have any goals for yourself, dreams, or anything to motivate you? Things that could make life worth the struggle. If you continue to look forward in life, you can always make it out of this hard time.

I'm not trying to belittle the way you are feeling at all but if you're really 23 then why don't you just leave? Just because this person is your parent doesn't mean they are a good influence on your life. If he is making you feel less than human then there is no reason for you to stay.

Agreed, your dad seems to be hurting you to a point of you wanting to do something drastic.
Only way to feel better is eliminate the cause of the problem.
However, I understand going out on your own is tough at first, but is there anyone else you can stay with?

I wanna move out, but it's still not worth me living. I don't wanna try anymore.

I fucked up school and don't have a job right now.

Considering the main focus of you being upset seems to be on your father it seems that once you removed yourself from that situation you would be able to find something "worth living for" because those things are all around and usually the things you don't pay enough attention to.

Try to get a small job, something basic and easy just until you have enough money to get out of your father's place. Then try to find another job that is more to your liking and once you get it you can resign from the first one. Baby steps is all it takes.

I got fired from a convenience store I worked at, and I hated that job.

And it's really not just my dad. It's the fucking OCD and people accidentally triggering it.

Those are manageable things, you just need to find a place where you can be happy or something you can do everyday that makes you happy that you can start to look forward to during the day.

I know a lot of people who work out and that's their routine that helps them get through the day. Or people who just sit in a hottub or people who go eat at their favorite place once a week or every two weeks.

Just some suggestions.

I can't manage and I just wanna give up. It's too hard to work for those things.

I know its hard reaching out for help, but in a situation as tough as yours, you need it. Family therapy is an option. You could work out your feelings for each other and control the troubles that your family is having. There are so many people you can talk to about whatever you want to talk about. I am one of them, please feel free to talk to me whenever you want.

My father sounds... extremely similar to yours...
I know everything feels really shit right now for you,
But life's worth living trust me. You'll find your calling, just keep pushing through.
If you die, its like your letting him WIN.

You don't want him to win do you?
You want to defeat him? Stay alive and shove the fact in his face until you can get away.

Don't grow up too fast...
Your time is now.
