Unhappy Need it off my chest - February 18th 2011, 10:11 PM

Sorry to waste your time but I wanted to speak about this I guess
I'm just really lonely y'know?
It's like a hole in my chest that won't go away :/
I have friends, I see people all the time
But still feel totally isolated
They all have girlfriends and boyfriends and it makes me really jealous
I know it shouldn't, idk :/
I see my family all the time but they really irritate me and I don't know why

These feelings used to be kind of tolerable but now it feels like they are eating away at me
It's like I'm never happy anymore
Reading over this it sounds really pathetic and over the top but I don't know how else to explain it

I know other people have much more serious problems and I'm sorry that mine is so trivial
I know I should be able to deal with it

I dunno I just had to say this

if you feel that nothing makes you happy and that you feel isolated and maybe want someone to talk to you could try to meet with a counselor, even a school counselor could help you to figure out why you feel this way and to help you to start feeling better because you dont deserve to feel this way.

Awww I know how you feel, but you are not alone and you need to really acknowledge how many people are surrounding you who care. I understand how you're feeling, I've felt that way before and I also overcame those feelings. I know at times they can seem overwhelming but you can't let it get to you, you can't let it get the best of you.
Sure people around you may have bf's and gf's, but relationships aren't all they are cracked out to be in public. They have their private arguments and disagreements and can be aggrivating and you can end up annoying the hell outta each other sometimes. Even though it has its good things it also has its flaws. Not everything is as it appears.
So really I'd be happy to be single and not be in any hurry to find anything anytime soon. Being single has fun awesome advantages, just remember. And never settle for anything less than what you deserve.

I also think you need someone to talk to. If you get this off your chest by telling a person in real life, I also believe you will feel a whole lot better.

Also, it's normal for family to irritate you, you could almost say it's their job :P. As long as you know know they're there, then you know you're not truly alone.
