Guilt - March 4th 2011, 12:31 AM

This thread has been labeled as triggering by the original poster or by a Moderator. Please take this into consideration before continuing to read.

I feel so guilty. Long story.

But I keep going back to suicide ideation. I feel like a really bad person. Its hard to explain but yeah. My emotions hurt. I'm tired, I want to sleep. If I do, I won't sleep tonight. I hate this.

I am a cutter. I am quitting.
I am a trichotillomanic. I am quitting.
I am tired. But I cannot give up.

I WILL BE FINE.

Hey there,

I know that feeling guilty sucks, so what I do is to try and not regret anything because it has made you who you are now, which makes you stronger. You may not like yourself, but those feelings will change. Find things that you love about yourself.

Everyone makes mistakes and does bad things. It doesn't make you a bad person. Suicide is not the answer, more people love you than you know.

Maybe you should take some time to relax and do some activities that you enjoy to take your mind off things and to lift your spirit.

Things will get better, I promise. Everybody goes through these stages and they all pass with time.

And here you are living, despite it all.

Hey, everything will be okay. I hated my high school years. Those years flat out sucked. Lol. But, today? I'm in the company of my dreams with execs and a VP who genuinely seem like they want to see and help me succeed in a career that only some can ever dream of. Basically my life went from being a giant pile of donkey turd to something a lot idealize. If I gave up at 16, I wouldn't be where I am today and you shouldn't give up either because in a matter of years - who knows what's gonna happen?
