I've not logging in here for an ages

Everything seems to be getting worse again
This past month, its been awful.

I'm still taking the medication, I'm going to therapy, but nothing is helping

I'm getting really sick of trying so hard to pull myself out of this depression

Lea, have you told your doctors that nothing is working? If they don't know, they can't help.

Remember, you've probably heard other stories about the struggles to getting one's mental health straightened out. The numerous diagnoses, the medications, the different therapists, etc., it's all a struggle that people with mental illness must go through.

But, we do it to get better in the end, and it makes us stronger in the end. People who have had hardships in life are usually the most down-to-earth, and these people become important, whether to one person or to the world.

Some of the most influential minds have been mentally ill. Scientists, Actors/Actresses, Artists, Musicians, and other kinds of genius (in general, not IQ specific), have had their own mental health problems, and have worked to get past them. It may have taken them MANY years, even. But it works out in the end, thus why we've got to keep trying.

So please, talk to your doctor, and try to see if they can get you on a new medication, or more therapy, or something!
