Hey there.

I am really sorry that you're going through such a rough time right now and its leaving you feel so bad that you are having thoughts of hurting yourself.

Self harm can become a really viscous cycle and its amazing then you started to give up. Recovery isn't all about just deciding to stop self harming and then never doing it again. It's not about the slip ups that you have though, its about picking yourself back up again. I know that seems really hard right now but you are stronger than self harm. You don't deserve to hurt yourself.

If you haven't already I really want to encourage you to use some distractions techniques. I know when we have urges and these thoughts the last thing that we really want to do is to try and distract ourselves. But you have to really force yourself because it really can help you. I am not saying everything on the list will you help you because it won't. You're going to have to try different things and make sure that the ones you come across and that don't help don't knock you down. Because there will be ones which help you.

I am really sorry that you are experiencing suicidal thoughts. They're a horrible and quite terrifying thing to have to go through and its something I wish I could make go away for you. You are so young and you have your whole life ahead of you. You are worth so much more than this and you can and will get through this and get to the better side. I know it doesn't seem like it now, but you can, you really can. You can beat this and life a live with out self harm and with out these thoughts.

Don't be alone. Let people in. You ARE worth so much.
