How do i think about happiness when I feel like this - March 31st 2011, 11:38 PM

So right now, I'm supposed to be writing an essay on happiness for one of my classes at school. But I feel awful. I always feel awful.

I can't even think about feeling happy. I'm exaughisted. I know what happiness is and right now I want to feel it. But I can't .

There's so much damn stress. I feel worthless all the frickin time. Everyone makes me mad. I can't do anything. I'm head over heals for someone who makes me feel like shit. I tell myself it's not true but I feel like a failure.

Fuuuuck i'm sorry for being such a whiney kid.

I hate hating myself. It sucks.

I know I'm smart and I knnow I'm a good kid...why the hell do I feel this way.

Calm yourself down. Do something else. Go out, jog around your block. Get all of that negative energy out. Drink something cold to drink. Take a shower. Take a nap. After you have calmed yourself, go back to writing the essay. Just get it over with. This is something that you have to do, so you don't fail the class. Think about what you want to write. On a different piece of paper, just write down a bunch of ideas. Turn those ideas into paragraphs. Don't let your personal problems, interfere with your schoolwork. You have to deal with all of those things. You are not a horrible person. If you have a problem with someone, you have to let them know. Don't keep anything in, you have to say what is on your mind. You don't have to apologize. I understand how overwhelmed you feel. Thank you for sharing this with us. Whenever you feel down, don't be afraid to talk to us.
