Question Just the weirdest mood ever. - April 10th 2011, 03:51 AM

Lately I've been feeling really weird, like, distant from everything. I can't explain it without sounding totally whacked but it's been like this all day and for the past couple of weeks on and off.
For like the past month I've just been sad and now it's like this and I hate it. I feel like I'm watching my life but not living it! Tomorrow I'm going to try and help it by working out and just being more active because I think that's part of it as I usually run a couple times a week and I haven't been lately.
All I'm asking anyways is, has anyone else ever felt like this? Distant and just weird?

Hey Maddie,
My name is Chirs,
I know these exact feelings all to well, and I know that sometimes they are just really hard to deal with and you wish they would just go away. Unfortunatly sometimes they dont just go away. I wish I could come up with a magic potion to make everything well and good for you but I cant
Has anything been going on that might make you feel this way? any new life stressors that you may just not see right at the moment? (you dont need to answer these physically to me but just think to yourself) If you have then that might be the cause of this, new life stressors can play a huge role in how we see our life. So maybe take a step back and just relax.
I know when I was going through something very similar I just took some time and I did things that made ME happy, I had to stop caring about what other people wanted me to just for a minute. Maybe that is something that you could do. Find something that you have always wanted to do or try and just do it, make yourself smile there is nothing wrong with that. In fact it is very healthy
Be true to who you are in every aspect, if you need to talk to someone talk to someone. Maybe an adult that you trust well. Let things off your chest.
Just remember that you come above everything else.

Please if you need anything never hesitate to PM me
I am here because I care
