so i stopped taking my anti-depressents months ago, which i know was completely stupid on my part, but i handled my depression off of them quite well. but now my depression is back and it's worse than ever, i can't shake this feeling off...and i'm paranoid about everything basically and it's getting to the point where i can't handle it...everybody still thinks i'm taking my anti-depressents so i guess my question is can i just start taking them again without letting my doctor know i stopped in the first place?
also, i had to sign a safety contract with the counselor at school and in i stated that i would take my medication...if they found out i stopped, could i get kicked out of college? :/ ugh. i'm not sure if this is even in the right place, if it's not feel free to move it. all i want is a place to call my own and mend the hearts of everyone who feels alone, woah, you know to keep your hopes up high and your head down low. <3 |
