I think that going to see a therapist would probably help with the self-harming, and to help you speak up more. You can go to your guidance counselor at school and he/she can talk to your parents to get to into seeing a therapist. You can tell your parents, which I know will be really hard. You can go to your GP and they can help you talk to yor parents about getting into therapy.

Well ill agree with what nicole said about the SH. And as for the reserved issue Just get yourself out there and talk more. Just break out of that shell into a beautiful butterfly and just start talking to people. When you do that I know for a fact you wont have the feeling of being invisible. I've been to that point. And if you need anything send me a lil message and ill do my best to help out.

It can be very hard to tell a parent about self harm, but when I told my mom she understood and took me to a counselor. It can and will really help the situation.

Chances are that she's noticed your changes in behavior, a little bit at least, and would want to help you through what's going on in your life.

Good luck <3
