I don't have anyone to help me get out my depression in my family or friends and the people on here aren't really helping. I've tired talking to my family but theyre all to busy to help. I don't think I can deal with the pain anymore. I'm getting to the point where I'm sure and ready to kill myself.

Hi there,

I'm sorry you've been feeling like this, and that so far TeenHelp hasn't been of any help to you, however the people on this site aren't professionals and we can only offer the advice we think will help you. If the advice that isn't helping is talking to someone, then I'm again very sorry that it is not helping you in particular. The thing is though, talking will help, and I know you say they are all 'too busy to help', but are you sure about this? Is it possible that they don't think you're as serious about this as you are? Perhaps keep trying at that, because it will benefit you in the long run if you can get them to get you help, or else seek help elsewhere, such as a school counsellor. Whatever you do though, I think it would be a very good idea to talk to someone professional in particular about this, as you're getting suicidal thoughts, which obviously, nobody wants you to have.

In addition to this, I'd advise you to have a look here because this list might just help you realise that the little things in life are deffinitely worth living for. Thinking about even the smallest of things that bring a smile to your face can really help, because they still count, and I hope you know that and remember it because you are worth it.

Chin up, it can get better,

Hey there.

I'm really sorry to hear that things are so rough for you right now. You don't deserve to be going through any of this at all.

You sound like you feel alone and I want you to know that you're never alone, that we're always here and that there are people out there who CAN and will help you. You have to be brave and reach out for help first though. Take a look at this. All these people care about you, can help you and want to help you. Try reaching out to one of them. If you see your doctor they might be able to refer you to counseling which might be really beneficial for you right now. You need a support and you can get it, you just have to be honest with people, open up and let them help you.

I know things are hard for you right now but they can and they will get better for you. Try setting yourself daily goals to reach such as going for a run or meeting a friend. Then set yourself longer term goals such starting college, getting a job, having a career, writing a book, having a family etc. All these things are what life is worth living for. You have things to live for and you can have them in your life, but you can't give up now. You're still so young and have so much more to do in life. It can be amazing, you just have to get through these rough time.

Stay strong, I hope this helps.

Hello. I know life seems rough for you right now, but I have been told that everybody gets a chance to have a great thing happen to them and that it'll come around. If you need anything, I'll be here to help. I love listening to people and what's going on in their lives.
