This thread has been labeled as triggering by the original poster or by a Moderator. Please take this into consideration before continuing to read.

I don't think my AD's are working like they should. I feel a hundred times worse. I was Ok for about a week and then it's all come crashing down and I just don't feel.
Empty is the word, I think.
I get sad. Things that should upset me make me feel sad, but thats it. Just a tiny bit sad, but nothing. No tears.

I can't see a point, y'know?
Like, I can't stand this idea of being like this for another day, and when people are talking about years, and J is talking about buying a house, I feel so terrified that the need to kill myself gets extreme.

I need to know how. How to get up and face every single day, one after another, when they all feel so damned awful.
I don't know what I'm asking. I just need to know how you do it.

Just a hop, skip and a jump.

Everyone feels like that some time in their life time, and sometimes you feel like everything comes crashing down when really it's only one difficult thing you are to look at and everything seems to go wrong, when time surpasses by and everything falls into place. To get up and feel the need to be and feel good about yourself is simple, take a look at yourself and tell yourself you are beauitful, think about the people in your life such as family who love you and couldn't do without you, because really they couldn't if you were gone. Don't think about hitting rock bottom. We only have one life, and one life only. The only thing you need to worry about is yourself, and what's best for you, and not others. If anyone else makes you feel unimportant you can't change them, they can only change themselves. You are the impact you put in your life. Be thankful for everyday that you have, because at any given day without any notice it could be gone. Life is short, that's why you shall surround yourselves with the things that make you feel good in life. Take a deep breath, write out your problems on paper have a pros and cons, and if their were more cons than pros. Think of a way that could be much better, because it can. I'm always here too, if ay further questions please ask.
