Ughhhh.... stopped taking my meds because i didnt like the fact they were making me pile on the weight... also my doctor said i was going to be on them for 4 months, a year has passed and now she is saying she has no idea when i will come off them which p***** me off!
I'm guessing this was a bad idea... i went to my counselling session and was agitated all the way through the hour biting my nails, freaking out at a screeching noise in the room and basicaly bawling my eyes out to her. She was angry at me for stopping them suddenly. I feel so crappy now like life isnt worth living anymore... this feeling is horrible! I feel like i have just gone straight back into depression  Looks like i should start taking them again! But when will i ever get off them? I'm sick of them Life seems to be on standstill and i hate it

Hey hun, I'm sorry you feel so sad.
Take your meds, it will help. One of my best friends tried going off his meds for a while and it did NOT go well for him. He felt sad all over again, like you do. I'm sorry they make you gain weight, but you should definately take them. It will help. PM me anytime! "Even the darkest night will end and the sun will rise"

I hate to be blunt but OPEN YOUR EYES.
You're gaining a bit of weight so you decide to go off your meds? Be sensible. I know weight gain isn't awesome but with more exercise & your meds you'd be living the best of both worlds. If it really is that bad on your meds then you need to speak to your doctor, not just quit taking them. Hey, I'm Jon!
