Triggering: Not worth it

Is a life really worth living, if you cant live it because of pain? I don't think so. I just want it to be over with. I'm tired of being in pain, and nothing working to get ride of it. I cant handle it. I attempted suicide and failed, I'm thinking of trying again, but doing it right this time. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow and if there is still no hope in getting better then I'm ending it all tomorrow night, I just don't know how exactly I'm going to end it. All I know is; I'm done.

Yes, it is worth living because there is much more to life than pain, even if it doesn't feel that way right now. Even if life never becomes as easy as you'd like (and it probably won't) there are still plenty of reasons for sticking around.

But I can't complete any short term goals because of the pain so I feel like a failure. I literally can't do anything!

I totally understand how you feel hun. Please stay strong and don't give up. things are gonna get better, for me i was depressed all the time, but it was the times that I was happy that made it SO worth it. Stay strong. please PM me if you ever need to talk.

I get headaches everyday and migraines at least once a week. Sun, reading, exercise, loud noises, bright light, and weird smells cause them to get bad. Getting migraines causes my stomach to get upset a lot. My anxiety is causing chest pain and making it difficult to breathe while laying down.... I got new meds for that today though. Plus, I'm depressed and I have PTSD. When I get flashbacks of my ex hitting me I feel that pain too. It just doesn't seem worth it. :/ especially when I have had four doctors tell me that my headaches and migraines will never go away. One still has hope. A lot of meds do the opposite effect on me. I also get only a few hours of sleep a night. It's REALLY hard.

I suggest you take a yoga class. Just for the sake of it.
I know getting through those, even if you can't do the moves, always helped.

I've tried yoga, and most natural stuff. The one thing I haven't tried was acupuncture. Nobody where I live will do it on a minor. I have literally tried everything else.

Sounds like a tough life. I don't know if your physical problems will go away, but depression and PTSD can be lifted; lots of people overcome them with time. Try not to get too discouraged. Isn't there anything you enjoy in life?

Helping others is the only thing I really enjoy, but I can't do it as much anymore. I loved being with my family but I'm the only one not fighting with everyone so when we do something all they do is talk shit about each other.... I hate that.
