Don't Understand It. -

On the outside i can life a crazy, happy, almost obsessively sporadic life but on the inside its always suicide and cutting. Today I got handed a starting pistol for my role in a play and my first thought was that i should put it to my head.
To give some history.. at 12 i started selfharm my first thought of suicide was at 8 my first attempt was at 12 and my last time i cut was about 3-4 months ago but now its all spiraling back and i don't know why exactly. I feel like its controling and leading my life around instead of me controling it. Is there anyone who was gone though something like this and has coping ideas or ways they prevented themselves from acting on those thoughts? Everything will be good in the end, if its not good, its not the end.

Coping ideas:
-music bigtime -making random lists -singing -reading -dancing -praying Just rise above this
Kill them with your kindness Ignorance is blindness They're the ones that stand to lose 'Cause they don't even know you All they see is SCARS They don't see the ANGEL Living in your heart |

I have been doing those for years. It seems like they don't work as well any more.
Everything will be good in the end, if its not good, its not the end.

Professional help. Therapy and possibly medications. One thing I was told to do in therapy. Was when ever I get really down, to write in a notebook that only I can read. I bring it to school and everything.
Say I start getting suicidal and feel nobody loves me, I would write in my notebook the people who would be upset if I were to kill myself and why they would be upset. AND you can talk to us on TH!
