I would suggest speaking with your doctor to get on medication, if your current medication is not working for you speak with your doctor so he/she can get you on something that will work. Also talking to a professional about your depression and why it is caused can be a great benefit for you.

Hi there,

I'm sorry that things don't seem to be improving. Things get better on their own time. It gets better when your issues are settled and when you have accepted what happened to you and what caused your depression. It may sound like I don't know what I'm talking about. I have been through depression however, battled with it for 4 years and I learned a lot of things from it:
- no doctor can cure you unless you are willing to be cured
- you should accept your past and slowly start to move on, and forgive
- medication only suppresses the depression, it does not make it any better
- you need to face your fears

These are just a few things.

You need to give yourself time to heal, and you need to be willing to really work towards you getting better. Definitely, getting professional help you assist you to a faster recovery, with less a chance of relapse.

It will be a good idea 0to talk about what is causing your depression. If you ever want to talk, do feel free to PM/VM me anytime.

I know this reply may sound insensitive, but I need to lay facts down for you. It's never easy getting out of depression, and you need some kind of push to do something about it. If this somehow upsets you, and seems harsh, I apologize.

Take care,
-Kav.
